User defined alarm - Invalid Argument

Solved!
Go to solution

Why does this code give an error.  I copied it directly from the example.  My first thought was that I had to create the process first.  This was not the case.  It could be the user input.  If it is, how do I know what the username is?

Thanks

Matt

Hello Matt,

The problem is not clear to me, what error are you seeing?

The problem seemed to be that when you run it the first time the VI generates a user defined alarm and when you run it here after, an error is generated because the first alarm hasn't been acknowledged.
