I don't mean to sound like a naysayer but that's a big order...
I would probably start by investigating the after market remote vehicle starter addons that are currently available to understand how it's done, and more importantly why it's done a the way it's done. As I am sure there are some safety concerns, not to mention the differences in vehicle wiring.
