Having a problem with writing and reading data to/from graphic memory...

Why do you confuse people? It is not CUDA problem. File/Directory info says it can not resolve path. I guess LabVIEW simply does not work with %PATH%
Try to run command cmd /C "echo %CUDA_PATH%\bin" with system exec.vi
The standard output is resolved path, that you can work with in LabVIEW
