Unable to run LabVIEW Application and NI MAX

I am using PXIe-8821 Computer in my project. It has three NI PXI-6509 DIO cards. Recently I am facing a issue. When I am Opening LabVIEW Application or NI MAX, I am getting error message. Error is related with DIO card. I have attached the error messages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled LabVIEW and NI drivers. But I am facing the same issue. Please give me solution to solve this issue.

It gives error message as Internal software error in MIG Software. Is it OS related issue?

Well, you have a corrupted database.  That happens most often when you fail to heed the warning about closing all programs when you install NI products.

Simply, you had MAX open when you installed something.  Or a task in memory, or something else saved in a file the installer updated the the old stuff in memory overwrite the new settings and, poof! "Bad Things(tm)" happened.
