Unable to communicate hardware to sub VI

Hi,

I have a sub VI file. This sub VI file basically checks the communication of the torque meter connected via port A-B USB cable. Although I have set the correct COM port in the PC device manager and NI-VISA, unsuccessfully in communicating using the sub VI file. I am using a KTM-250 torque meter. I attached the sub VI file as well.

No, you don't supply the VI.

And all we got so far are scaled and (hard to decipher blurry) images…
