USB4000 / QE65000 Windows 7 64 Bit

Hi, I am trying to get MAX to recognize my QE65000 Ocean Optics Spectrometer (same as the USB4000 basically) with no luck.  We have Windows 7 64 Bit.   The driver that NI provides will not install on the 64 bit windows 7.  The Ocean Optics provided WinUSB driver is not recognized by Labview.  Any ideas?  The spectrometer works fine in SpectraSuite 64 bit on the same machine with the WinUSB driver, but labview and MAX will not recognize it.  My next move is to buy a 32bit version of windows 7 and scream at someone from ocean optics.  Is there another driver out there that may work?

Not all of the drivers we post on NI IDNet are compatible with Windows 7 x64. This happens to be one of them. The DLLs used in it were not compiled to be used on 64-bit operating systems.  After some searching of the IDNet, I was unable to find any other driver for your device.

A 32-bit version of Windows seems to be the best way moving forward.

HOORAY FOR OCEAN OPTICS!  Norm, the ocean optics guy was able to point to the correct DLL file and got our configuration running over the phone.  Those guys are really on top of the issues.  Also, your previous post was spot on so thanks!
