USB camera labview crash

Hi Experts!

I have installed the latest Driver pack: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2137/lang/en 

Because, when I run the Vision - Grab.vi example, on my usb cam, LV09 stopped working all time. I've changed the cam, for a different type and try to create my own vi, but LV always crushed.

The camera can be used in VBAI and VA and MaX too. Please give some help, to solve my problem! Thank you!

The LV crashes when IMAQdx Configure Acqusition.vi Executes.

Could You give some more informations?

- operational system

- error message

- maybe a log file (Documents\LabVIEW Data\lvfailurelog)

No error messages - couse' Win says: Labview stopped working, so there is no error log file ... 😞

I have tried the example - grab.vi on PC with same conditions and works fine.

I have uninstalled and disable the Laptop internal webcam without any success...

Hi

This is strange behaviour.

What kind of laptop do You have? NI software works fine with DELL, but may have some prpoblems with other producers equipment.

Check out differences betwean operating system, graphical card and hardware parameters. Try to set up laptop properties as close as possible to PC.
