UNABLE TO DRAG INSTRUMENT I/O TO BLOCK DIAGRAM

When I try to drag instrument I/O assistant into the block diagram I receive an error message " Measurment & Automation Explorer or the Instrument I/O Assistant is not installed correctely. Please install these ftom the LabVIEW Driver CD." I have LabVIEW 8.0.1 installed and Measurment & Automation Ver 3.1.1.3004.
