I have matrix A as 3*3

and matrix B as 3*3

and want matrix C as max elements out of A and B

B=

C=max(A,B) elements

You'll have to give us more details than this.

Based on your A and B, I don't see how you get C.

For example, in col3 row3, how do you get 9? I don't see a 9 anywhere in either A or B!

I think you swapped B and C in your image.
