One VI is for RTDs and pressure gauges. Another VI is for flow meters. If I were to run the RTD+pressure gauge VI alone, the values read correctly. If the flow meter VI is run simultaneously with the RTD+pressure gauge VI, the values of the RTDs become innacurate after around 15-20 iterations every time. What is causing an interference between the two?
Eight RTDs and two flow meters are on a LabJack U3. The 2 pressure gauges and third flow meter are on a LabJack U6.
