Try to reinstall?

Can it be windows network/security restrictions?

Try to start manually? Start -> Run (or win 10 cortana text) -> type "Services" -> Run it -> find NI System Web Server -> start it

Change Startup type in Right click -> properties to Automatic (Delayed start) from Automatic  if helps

We would appreciate LV version (full or run-time), operating system, when does it happen (on windows startup?)

Also "NI application web server" is different from "NI System Web server"

What error? Is it what you posted earlier?

EDIT: Never mind, that looks like an event viewer error.

The error is caused by an exception of the application...

The application is either corrupt, or it's the configuration (since the app is running on most systems). Perhaps you can clear it somehow?

A repair or uninstall\install makes sense.
