That makes some sense since my development environment is a Windows 10 64-bit and the executable is being ran on a Windows 7 64-bit machine with the 2018 Runtime engine installed. It must be something deep down that is causing the issues. We're upgrading to 10 so it won't be an issue much longer. I thought it would be something simple.
