I am using LabView 2016 with compatible NI Vista and NI Max versions, so I know those programs are not the issue here. I have tried every single suggestion on the NI website, and yet, when I open up the NI Instrument Driver Finder, I get the following error message:
"NI Instrument Driver Finder has encountered problems connecting to the Instrument Driver Network. Please verify that your internet connection is working properly and try again."
My internet connection is stable and working, so that is not the issue either. Has anyone encountered similar issues?
I'm using Windows 7

Honestly that never worked right anyway....
When I need drivers for an instrument I open a browser and search these places in this order.
If I come up empty handed that means it's time to break out the manual and write my own.

I searched all of those places. Are there other workarounds?

What is the device you are trying to find a driver for?

I’m using a USB-2001-tc

Have you tried this?
NI LabVIEW™ Driver for Measurement Computing Data Acquisition Products
BTW: As I recall from using Measurement Computing devices in the past.
You have to install their InstaCal software and configure the device before LabVIEW will "see" it.

My device, USB 2001 TC, is not showing up on Instacal - it does show up on NI Max and my computer's device manager menu, however.
In my device manager I get the following message:
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
I have tried troubleshooting the code 52 error based on what I found online, but none of their suggestions worked either.

Yeah, I don't know. But this seems more like a Measurement Computing issue than LabVIEW.
Have you tried the Measurement Computing Data Acquisition Knowledgebase
