To fix the problem A DLL intialization routine failed in Labview

Hi ,

         Iam communicating sensoray 2620 counter module with Labview.When calling a DLL file using Call library function it is showing that "A DLL Initialisation routine failed".......plz help me in fixing this.

Could you elaborate on the problem. While call which library does this error pop up? What is the struture of that library etc.. ?

Iam calling this dll using call library function.Thread is  ui  thread and the calling convention is std call (WINAPI).when i configure the dll path It is showing that "A DLL intialization routine failed".I tried same with the other sensoray modules then its working.The problem is only with the 2620vi.dll.I also copy paste the dll on system32 folder,then also the same error is coming.
