Timestamp Indicator does not appear to update

Could someone take a look at this? All I am trying to do is to set the End Date to the last day of the month. The End Date timestamp indicator does not update other than give me the MM/DD/YYYY representation within it's indicator. I do not need the time displayed.

Don't be so hard on yourself.  Sometimes, we just need another set of eyes to help see what we can't see.  LOL
