Time measurement for finite varying pulses

Hello ,

I Need help in time measurement .

Attached is the question , 

As in  microcontroller we can use timer to count between N pulses of varying period. say N Pulses 1 pulse 10ms , 2 pulse 20 ms and 3 pulse 30ms duration .

The same way i want to measure time between pulses as marked in Picture , please give  me some solution , I tried using no of samples/sampling rate  it doesn't work .

Pulses i am acquiring is of varying duration .
