This class control (or constant) is permanently broken

Hello,

I have the following problem:

pawhan11_1-1587916905859.png

It affects more than 200 VIs, is there an scripting way to fix this?

Why this error happened in the first place?

Editing each vi individually will take days...

If you right-click on a broken control, then select "Replace" and browse to the .lvclass, does that fix that control?

If so, then you can script a repair.  Use the "Replace" method of the control and, feed it the path of your class.

"If you weren't supposed to push it, it wouldn't be a button."

I tried quick drop and did not work, the same for right click and replace. Only insert new one on block diagram, delete old and fix broken wires by hand worked.

"Did not work" is too vague to provide any more help.

There was no more info to give. After manual replace literally nothing happened, quick drop did the same.

I have extracted broken class with one method.
