I developed an application with Labview 2013 couple of years ago and it worked fine on many different PC's with Windows 10. Recently we got a new model of PC and now I get an error that This VI is not executable. The full development Version of LabVIEW is required to fix the errors. It still works on the older model PC.
I installed labview and it started to work. After installation I had
So I started to uninstall products and it it still worked with the following.
But when I uninstalled NI Update Service the application gave a broken VI error.
What am I missing?
I also tried remote application debug. All VI's that use dll's built with visual basic framework 4.0 are broken. Why they are only broken on this new PC? I have been using the same installer since the application was created.

It turns out that I have to add NI License Manger to my installer to make my application work on the new PC. This is strange because my application has been working for many years without it.
