This Radio Button Isn't Like Those Radio Button in other Language!

Have you ever used the Dialog Radio Button? I found it not like the
radio button in other languages. It seems that it only presents a
boolean button. Is there any methods that can make the radio buttons
mutually exclusive in Labview?

You must control the button state by yourself.
There is an example in LabVIEW.

Go here: Help->Find Examples->Search and search for radio. You'll find two radio button examples.
