There is a problem with the software installation

There was a problem in the following figure when installing LabView 2016. Does anyone know how to solve it,please?

There was LabView2012 in the computer, and can be used.I have uninstalled 2012, but I can't install it anymore.

The computer is Windows 7,  32-bit operating system.

Are you using Windows 7, or Windows 7 SP1?

The former isn't compatible with newer versions of LabVIEW; I want to say the change was 2016 and it affected some patches for older versions, but I don't remember for sure.
