There are a few threads in the forums discussing this. Search for Windows 7 and fonts, and you should be able to find them.
There are a couple ways to solve the problem.
1. Set other fonts LabVIEW rather than the generic "application", "system", "dialog".
2. You can also actually set the default fonts the LabVIEW options. Instead of Application Font being defined as the default, you can point it to a specific font.
3. You can add settings to your LabVIEW.ini file to point to specific fonts rather than the Default windows fonts. You can also add these lines to the .ini files of any applications you build into .exe's.
