The front panel blink delay attribute works at any value when I run my program in LabVIEW 8.0, but not when running the same program as an exe. It seems to be using the default setting even though I built the exe with another value.

The blink rate is stored in the LabVIEW.ini file and when you build an application, the application uses it's own ini file. Make the change there.
