Text to Speech conversion for multilingual

Is it possible to convert multilanguage text to speech conversion in windows using LabVIEW? Please guide me

Windows comes with a TTS (text to speech) service since a long time, so you can employ that using LabVIEW…

I need to convert different set of languages to speech using LabVIEW. I can able to convert English text to speech using example vi but I am stuck in converting different languages to speech using LabVIEW and Microsoft SDK object library.
