I want to know how to download and install the TTI PL303 QMD-P LabVIEW Driver in order to use it ?

just do what the IDNet website says:

Note the items in the last paragraph…

(From reading the specsheet it should be simple to remotely control this device using a (virtual) COM port! Reading the manufacturer website even more carefully you would notice their offer of a "combined LabVIEW and LabWindows driver". And you could read the manual also offered on that website to learn about all the remote communication details!)

When i installed the driver the programme  ask for this file " ivi.dll " i needd explanation for this ?

Hi Emna,

how do you connect with this device? Are you using RS232, USB/VCP, GPIB or LAN?

It might be easy to create your own driver using any of those communication ports…
