TCPを使った通信について

RS-232機器をEthernet-232変換を購入して、制御を行おうと試みています。

現状はEthernet機器は

ip:192.168.4.200、TCPポート1000に設定しており、

Tera Termからの通信によると

"STT CR+LF”を送ると、

STT +236701 +0 04 00

といった文字列を戻してきます。

この動作をTera Termを使わず、LabVIEWを使って行おうとしております。

添付のサンプルプログラムのように作ってみたのですが、通信している気配がありません。

 TCP/IPのLabVIEWプログラムに関して素人でコメントをいただけると助かります。
