System booting in Labview

that's possible with and without LabVIEW

It's more a question of "your system" and not of LabVIEW, so you have to check your system...

Yes I am aware that it is possible without Labview (server etc etc).

The problem is that the system gives me it's MAC address and I need to give him an IP(in Labview?). Ather that I can give him my Labview code.

I have the knowledge to write some Labview software but not to make the initial connection.

I have an example next to me but I don't even know what I am looking for....

I'll have a look at it but I do not think it is quit that what I am looking for.

I need to boot a honeywell measurx system. Although I will need some license for that....
