Subtract image template from a video in real time and output the subtracted image/video

Hi all,

I have a case in which I need to acuiqre a video(of circular loop) from a camera( which I am able to do with vision development module in avi format) and subtract the standard image template(of loop) from it and show the output for every frame subtraction. The subtraction will tell me how much movement was there in the loop in real time. Is it possible to do so?

I donot want to save any image or video , just want to show the real time subtraction to the user

Hello AnkitG,

The IMAQ Subtract VI will subtract one image from another or from a constant. You can then show the subtraction to the user or save the images if necessary. Here is a link to the IMAQ Subtract VI reference.
