I have a system with two 6509's in it, with all channels configured as inputs. When plugged into my laptop, I open up MAX and take a glance at the first byte- it shows the value expected.
I then went to put my software on another laptop (same brand model and OS) for someone else to use to test some of the system's hardware. There were some issues, after looking into them I open MAX on the other laptop and sure enough, the first byte is not the same value as on my laptop!
Without changing the systems state at all, I've plugged the DIO into one computer then the other and the byte values are consistent- they are not the same.
Has anyone ever had any issues like this? I can't explain this...
