You place only 20000 samples into the graphs and your sample rate seems to be 10000 samples per second. There is no need to hold 2GB of data into memory. Read smaller junks of 20000 samples from the file, show them in the graphs and write them to the AO channels and then continue with the next junk of 20000 samples.
