Stall Data Flow.vim missing from RT timing palette?

I just noticed the Stall Data Flow.vim timing function is missing from the Timing palette when editing a VI on a Linux RT target. I was able to drop the vim into a VI under My Computer, then copy it over to the RT VI and nothing broke. Is the missing vim an oversight, or is there I reason it's not listed under RT?
