Thank you all for your input to this point. I have 2 new power supplies being ordered, I will check firmware revisions. Just to let you know I have 3 of these tools running the power supplies and only 2 of them have the issue. I didn't write the code, the originator is no longer here and I believe there are subtle differences between them.
