Sorry for the slightly premature message.
indeed the function (LV 5.0) is not available in an EXE file (An error
cluster cleared that one up).
Since then I have implemented basically the same thing with IMAQ.
Problem solved.
If anyone else is interested, I can send the vi. Doesn`t do much, just
saves the panel to a .png file.
