Smartcamera executable problem

I'm having a curious problem with an application that I've programmed for an NI-1762 Smart Camera. The application runs when connected to the development system, but when I try to create an executable it appears to corrupt the original file. The executable doesn't run on the Smart Camera, and when trying to start the original program from the Dev Sys the connection hoses up and the program doesn't run. Copying the code to a fresh vi appears to alleviate the problem. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what I might be doing wrong? I'm using Labview 10 with RT and Vision.

Hi John,

When you copy the code to a new VI are you able to build a successful executable from it?  What are the errors you are receiving to tell you that the original VI is corrupt (screenshots if possible)?
