Hi,
Would like to know if the NI USB 8452 can be use with signal express 2013 or only support with low level labview programming?

Is there any possible way we can read data using NI SignalExpress through NI USB-8452 I2C interface?

You cannot use I2C devices with Signal Express. You have to use LabVIEW with the NI-845x driver.
