Set line to logic high on USB-6501

Hopefully this is an easy one.

I am trying to write a VI to set a line high and leave it there (port 1 line 6 in my case).

How can I do that? TIA.

What do you have so far? Presumably you're using DAQmx?

I have the attached file. Just running it doesn't work. But opening the DAQ assistant, clicking run, and then 'OK' and closing the VI does set the line high.

Hello,

When you run a code your getting any errors? If NO then use multi meter to check the physical voltage in the port 1 line 6 you should get 5v as output when line is high. You can also use MAX test panel to verify.(MAX-->Devices and interfaces-->USB-6501-->Test panels) in that select port 1 line 6 and make it high then check in multi meter weather you are getting voltage or not.

with inputwith input

It seems like I needed an input to run the containing VI, which I didn't need when I ran from within the express VI.
