Scrolling while dragging in the Project Window not working

It helps somewhat to organize things into virtual folders. Even within oversized old classes. Perhaps this bug was a good thing for some, forcing us to organize our things into smaller pieces.

It's a pain even if you do things right, because I usually have a lot of the folders expanded when I want to move something, and that means I have to close them all to make it in "one jump".
