I tried your vi. In the call to Open Application Reference I received an immediate error.
The error was :
Error 63 occurred at Open Application Reference in clipboard2jpeg.vi-

Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: Serial port receive buffer overflow.

LabVIEW: The network connection was refused by the server.
A probe on the string input to the function gives:
192.168.2.138
Any ideas?
