I'd recommend referencing the user manual for the 6009- the specifications section has the information you are looking for.
From that document, it appears that the 6009 has a maximum sampling rate of 48 kHz aggregate (for all channels). This means the fastest you'll be able to sample two channels is 24 kHz.
