SVE NI PSP Over Internet

Hi guys anyone here knows how to tranfers data over internet using NI PSP.

I know the Public and Private IP of the PC but i dont know how to write the PSP URL. 
Can u please tell me the proper format. 
my Public is : 112.209.157.129   & Private is: 192.168.1.3

From the screenshot, are you are trying to bind a shared variable to an existing one? If so, please refer to the following document: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361G-01/lvhowto/bind_to_source/. Ensure that the variable has already been deployed.
