SNTP Server on LV windows

Hi,

I need an SNTP Server to be running at my end to do time synch with my SNTP client counterparts. Are there any readily available SNTP Servers for downloading for free? If I want to develop my own SNTP server on LV, where can I find the required documentation for it.

My m/c is running on Windows XP and I have LV 8.6.

I already have the NTP server at my end but the 3rd party SNTP clients are unable to the time synchronization with the server.

Currently we have configured our machine in the similar fashion but a few of SNTP clients are unable to synchronize. Basically this is an NTP server.
