I plan to use SCXI-1126. I make a simulated SCXI-1126 in max. In "SCXI Chasis configuration" "modules" I add SCXI-1126. In details part, cabling part force me to choice a Module Digitizer. I don't understand this. Why SCXI module need a digitizer. I understant from its manual that i give analog signal to it, and it measure its freguency and give this information as voltage. I don't understant how to use it.
You need a DAQ device in your computer to connect to one of the modules in your SCXI chassis, and even though you're simulating the SCXI chassis rather than using a real one you still need to simulate the full DAQ configuration. Add a new simulated device that matches the DAQ card you will install in your computer (this could also be a USB device such as the SCXI-1600 suggested by the SCXI-1126 product page) and configure that as the digitizer.
