Hello!
The latest version of the Report Generation Toolkit WILL run under Windows 7 64-Bit. It will run under the Windows on Windows 32-bit emulation layer, but it will run under either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of LabVIEW 2009 on Windows 7 x64.
For more info on Windows 7 compatibility, see the following page: National Instruments Product Compatibility for Microsoft Windows 7
Hope that helps. Have a great day!

What is it about the Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office that prevents it from running on Windows Vista/7 native in 64 bit?
I keep seeing that the toolkits (except Vision) only run on 32-bit or in WOW on 64-bit Windows. Is there some underlying component to the RGT that doesn't recompile? Why can't I just install the toolkit on the 64-bit LabVIEW in 64-bit Windows and mass compile the toolkit directory?
Thanks!

Hi Matt,
As relayed to me by R&D. there are certain dependencies that the Report Generation Toolkit needs to run in 32-bit mode. I do not know, in particular, what those dependencies are, but I do know they are not present in a 64-bit version, at this time. R&D is currently working on this, but a timeframe for Report Gen 64-bit has not been set yet.
For more information about 64-bit OS support, see the following discussion forum and KB article:
