Resource Not Found: NI_AAL_SigProc.lvlib

i m  new here ...so tried to connect lv2016 to Arduino mega. i just try it on the given example of the thermister read . in this when i generate constant visa resource i only have a refresh no any com port option shown the error is 5005(Unable to find Arduino.  Please make sure the Arduino is connected to your system and that the Arduino drivers are installed).but i already have a drivers installed in my pc 

1) i already upload lifa code to the arduino

2) i tried auto detect arduino program too

This library is not for Arduino, it's Signal Processing functions. What type of LabVIEW (Base, Full, or etc.) do you have? I guess it's included in Full version, or you need then to install signal processing toolkits separately. Here is the link to similar question, btw...
