Require AES 128 CTR encryption without addtional hardware

I need to implement AES 128 CTR encryption within my application, without the need for additional hardware.

I can find examples of AES 128 but none include CTR (counter)

There's a lovely You-Tube video of about 3 minutes that explains AES-CTR very clearly.  It looks to me that if you can do AES, you should be able to do AES-CTR.  If you can't find a LabVIEW version, you may need to write it yourself (shouldn't be difficult, Famous Last Words ...).
