Yes, a properly tuned median filter works well., but it of course slightly changes every single point. Probably irrelevant here 😉

You might want to play with the non-ptbypt version, of course but it has more input 😉

Here is a comparison. The more we know about the nature of the glitches, the more we can improve things, of course. (many seem to be near zero, -15 or +15, but there are some others, probably due to analog filtering).

(I have no idea if it properly down-converted to the ancient LabVIEW 12.)

Do we even know what is causing the glitches?  Knowing what they are would dictate what the best path forward would be.
