Remote Debug to Deployed RT Startup Shows all subVIs Missing

I am currently working int LV2015 and attempting to build a linux RT for NI7932r.  When I deploy the executable as startup and then remote debug to the NI7932r the VI is broken and all of the subVIs are missing.  The NI native VIs are present, but none of mine. I have rebuilt the application from 2 different machines and reinstalled the drivers on the hardware.  Any suggestions?

Actually, i was able to solve this problem, though I still dont completely understand it.  I was configuring the FPGA reference with the "Bind FPGA host reference to type definition" in a class on the RT target.  This was causing some issue in the build. I set to "Dynamic mode" and everything is working now.
