You have to slow down your While loop, use the functions from the Timing palette:

 

Edit: this is way very basic LabVIEW thing. If you are a student, you should go through some LabVIEW tutorials...

Better something like this or the first iteration may be a short one.  (Less than 1 second in this case.)
