Read Discrete Input at 10 Khz clock rate using 6210

OK Sir  I will tomorrow but I think the problem lies in code I could feel it but not able to see where the problem is( due to lack of knowledge)

I have contacted NI for the problem and they has given me a vi but this vi also showing an error message-

"Requested value is not a supported value for this property. The property value may be invalid because it conflicts with another property.

Property: SampTimingType
Requested Value: Sample Clock
You Can Select: On Demand"

Any idea what is mistake i am doing?
