Writing data to text file or excel spreadsheet

hi this is the first time i am using the forum basically i am new with labview and i want to send simple text or numers into excel using report generation toolkit is there any tutorials or examples how to do that i would appreciate it.

In addition to the Report Generation Toolkit examples that ship with LabVIEW, you can find a "Revised" example by searching this Forum for the word "Revised" (I know the author of this example ...).
