Labview modbus rtu RS485 communication, logging scale net weight

Dear Sir,

Currently We are working on EXOR make IPC with RS232/RS485 inbuilt port which is configurable RS232 or RS485. We read Kubler Modbus Encoder Data in Exor JMobile Studio Software. But We can't read in NI Labview 2018.

Protocol : RS485, 2 wire, RTU

We already tried in Modbus IO Server but not getting any output. Pls Help us.

What happens when you delete that property node?

(I guess the RS232 vs. RS485 switch is embedded into the driver for that COM port, so LabVIEW cannot access that feature using it's VISA driver.)
